We've been using Niacinamide from Freeda since it was recommended by Dr. David Williams because of the 200 benefits it offered the body and was preservative free. We've tried others such as Twin Labs and found it not as efficacious. When living in Bnai Braq Israel during the 2014 Gaza War, a friend asked if there was anything to help reduce her shoulder pain when she was in an air conditioned room, I gave her a handful of Freeda Niacinamide tablets and explained how I took them. Eight days later she called to thank me as her pain was gone.Unfortunately, she didn't heed my warning: Since she now knew how many tablets to take, if she didn't continue them the pain would return. My wife is a professional musician and over the past decades, niacinamide has saved her from significant discomfort whenever the weather has changed for the worse. We're thrilled to have vitamins that are SCD legal. Thanks for being there! One of the worries, especially in the early stages of any GI disease that benefits from the SCD diet, is the lack of vitamin absorption from food. The multis are a great choice. We use the CoEnzyme Q and vit D daily.
