I have been using this brand of Magnesium Citrate several years ago, until the quality went down. The first lower quality batch had the grit slightly larger than all other batches and was no longer nearly as effective. Eventually I tried other brands. None were as good as the Citrate form Freeda used to carry initially. To my knowledge, not long afterwards Freeda stopped caring Magnesium Citrate powder. A few years went by.
Fast forward, a few months ago I ran out of magnesium. Out of curiosity I searched Freeda and found this magnesium available again. The quality is Okay, however, it is still not as effective as the batches they had 10-12 years ago. Just good enough to resume taking this brand.
